Well, it has nothing to do with children fantasy nor the evil will to make them cry. (I am evil enough, yet. ;))

It implies my inner pain and struggle in the situation, not a lovely pony. I would rather want to paint dirty to express what I feel than try to make the scene perfectly pretty. :) And yes, this is not for children.

This is just wonderful. Perfectly composed and balanced.
Reminds my of a carnival that used to pass through my town every year. There was a little carosel with an aqua coloured horse that I always insisted riding on ...
Even at an ealy age we search for the out of the ordinary, a unique way of escaping this wearisome world,if only for a moment.
